Relax in the Sauna and Shed Your Toxins!

Ever spent the night at a nice Hotel and asked yourself why they might have a steam room? Actually many people don’t quite grasp the vast number of health benefits a Sauna affords. Saunas aid the body to sweat at an accelerated pace, along with great muscle relaxation and a full body cleanse.

The rising heat and humidity in the environment actually stimulates the body to sweat so as to maintain its normal body temperature. The side effect is, of course, allowing your body to sweat out fats, toxins, and other yucky stuff we don't want!

So when you’re at a “fancy” Hilton, try it for a while and notice if it gets you feeling more clean. Several gyms and health clubs have these as well and almost any spa has some kind of steam room because they know the benefits of a good healthy sweat!

Do Some Exercise, Shed Some Toxins

In the pursuit of an effective total body cleanse, sometimes the easiest methods are the most effective. That's great news for us lazy folks, right?!

Here's even better news!
All the things you do in your day to day life scorch some amount of calories (a sweet bonus) and sweating contributes in ways a lot of people don’t appreciate or comprehend. When at home, crank the a/c up a few notches or, better yet, don’t use it at all. This allows you a bit of added sweat time to aid the body cleanse a tad more. Let’s assume you’re relaxing on the couch and you decide to sweat a little while rooting for your team. It’s easy to throw on a sweatshirt or coat to keep your body temperature up to sweat even just a bit more without even exercising!

Switch Deodorants to help with Sweating

I'm going to tell you a great way to improve your ability to sweat out toxins and maintain a healthy body detoxification...
Switch Deodorants!

Take a look at the deodorant you use and see if it’s an antiperspirant. Deodorant is actually intended to mask the natural odor our bodies make when we sweat, however an antiperspirant is designed to STOP the sweat entirely, which isn’t helpful in reaching our goal of a Total Body Cleanse.

Antiperspirants sound really nice because they keep women feeling clean and elegant but this leaves out some crucial information! You have to sweat in order to get rid of harmful toxins in the body. Don't allow this toiletry to clog up your pores and keep from reaching your detox goals!

Sweating is Not Bad

Let’s get this out of the way first: Sweating is NOT BAD, regardless of what the beauty ads will tell you! Many of us tend to sweat quite a bit, which might trigger some confidence issues, however remember that the more you sweat, that much more contamination is being removed from your body. A quick run a day keeps the doctor away! Hey, if you aren’t a major jogger or rarely feel like running, make an effort to be active even when at home. It’s pretty satisfying to not only get some cleaning done but burn through some calories and detox your pores as well!

Even something as simple as a few situps or jumping jacks can sometimes get you to sweat a little, especially if you could really use those sit ups! Plus it helps get rid of harmful toxins!

Why Should I Sweat?

I know it sucks to get all sweaty and feel gross. It's slimy and smelly and tends to be embarrassing, right? But the great news is that sweating is one of the best all time ways to keep your body cleanse and healthy and devoid of toxins.

Toxins build up in your body over time, causing several problems from acne to really foul odors in your sweat. A great way to keep your body free of toxins is to let it and help it do the detoxing on its own. Eating the right foods to see the digestion process along as well as, and here's the easiest, sweating out the toxins through your pores!

It's a natural process your body already does and yet it is something you can do more and more often to keep up with the toxic food intake of modern life.

Remember the importance of sweating and stay clean!
